Streamline the operation of your practice by sending your digital cases to Northwest Dental Arts. We work with all of the major digital dentistry scanners so that your case gets to us sooner, and is both accurately and expertly crafted, ensuring happy smiles for your patients.

Instructions for each of our supported portals:

  • Our lab in iTero is, “NWDA” code: XXXXX.
  • Call iTero support at 1-800-577-8767 and ask them to load our labs into your scanner with the given codes.
  • Go to your Connect Case Center account and sign in.
  • Search for us by name, “Northwest Dental Arts” or email: cadinfo@nwdentalarts.com.
  • Login to your Meditlink.com account in a web browser.
  • Go to the “Partners” section.
  • From there go to the “Search for Partners” option and search “Northwest Dental Arts”.
  • Send us a partnership request.
  • Select “Find a lab” option on your scanner.
  • Search for either Northwest Dental Arts or CADinfo@nwdentalarts.com
  • Add Northwest Dental Arts
  • Select Northwest Dental Arts when submitting scans
  • Visit Midmark on your scanner.
  • Search for and add “Northwest Dental Arts”.
  • Select “Northwest Dental Arts” when submitting scans raw STL files.
  • Visit Carestream Connect on your scanner.
  • Search for and add “Northwest Dental Arts”.
  • Select “Northwest Dental Arts” when submitting scans raw STL files.
